3. The campaign message is centered on improving social amenities through the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), upgrading schools, constructing additional health facilities and addressing the perennial flooding which affected areas, such as, John Laing Township. He has also been promising the youths and women that he would offer them economic empowerment, once voted into office. The promise to improve road network, drainage system, public infrastructure, such as schools and strengthening emergency response mechanisms through the Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit (DMMU) has resonated well with residents, in view of the perennial floods which are experienced in parts of the Constituency. The electorate have generally responded positively to these messages.
