His priorities include, removing illegal billboards, scam advertisements and unauthorized street banners, while enforcing city by-laws to improve the city's appearance and orderliness. Additionally, he seeks to strengthen sanitation and waste collection systems by registering businesses and households under organized waste collection programmes, enhancing garbage collection and disposal services across all wards, and promoting cleaner neighbourhoods and public spaces. Furthermore, he has pledged to expand access to safe and reliable water supply and address persistent water shortages affecting communities across Lusaka. He also aims to improve and maintain roads in residential and commercial areas while prioritising better connectivity and easier movement throughout the city. In promoting good governance, the candidate has committed to ensuring transparent management of public resources, making Constituency Development Fund (CDF) projects more visible and accountable to residents, and strengthening citizen oversight of Council activities. Moreover, he intends to focus on practical solutions to community challenges, improve the responsiveness of the Lusaka City Council to residents' needs, and deliver measurable improvements in local governance. The campaign message has been well received among those who continue to experience challenges relating to waste management, poor infrastructure and inadequate public services.
