s 20. Mr. CHISENGA has focussed his campaigns on promising to address the water challenges considering that most residents did not have adequate access to clean and safe water. He has further, been urging the electorate to vote for him, contending that he was action-oriented and would be receptive to the views of the people. He has also been promising the electorate that he would improve the road network, garbage collection, youth rehabilitation and skills development programmes, and construction of permanent market structures with a view to relocate traders, who were trading from undesignated places and improved sanitation infrastructure. In response, residents have received his campaign message positively although only a few have been showing willingness to vote for him.
