Engage the Ministry of Local government to upgrade Kaoma Town Council to a Municipal status. 5.To resolve the ongoing lad disputes 6.Ensure efficient public service delivery in publ i c services for example health, police , education etc. 7. Farmer input support pr o grams and tobacco farming. Distribution of farming inputs will be in an orderly way and contracts set. Tabacco farmers to get value for their crop. 8.Effective use of the yellow machine to ensure development of infrastructure such as roads. 9.
