15. Ms. HAMAHWA's campaign message has focused on community development through effective utilization of the Constituency Development Fund (CDF), improvement of market infrastructure, provision of empowerment loans to marketeers and promotion of youth skills development through vocational training centres. Although some members of the electorate appreciated the proposed interventions, many expressed scepticisms, arguing that politicians often fail to fulfil their campaign promises once elected.
